So my grandpa went into kidney failure about 8 hours ago. My family said no dialysis. He has a bad heart and liver and is on a ventilator.. He is 76, he use to do drugs and has a bad addiction.. He took a ton of pills a day (which the doc told him to), so my question is, how long does he have to live?? The doctors said he is “comfortable”..

Hard to tell. Maybe a few days.
Take care during this difficult situation. The “blessing” during kidney failure is that toxins build up and cause the person to lose consciousness and therefore not be aware of suffering.
