probably excedrin migraine and sleep.

If you are taking birth control, stop. I was on the birth control shot for three years and had migraines just about every day. When I stopped the shot, they went away. Just try to stay away from all hormones and see if that doesnt help. If you are not taking any hormones, then I know of no way to get rid of a migraine without medications. Best wishes.
