im a petite female 16 year old. and Ive been talking Vicodin for the past 3 days. how did i get off? im scared that im addicted to it cuz i cant get off of it, can u help?

Taking a vicodin, if this is exactly what your doctor told you to do is not a sign that you are addicted. Taking more than the prescribed dose may be a sign.

You may or may not actually be addicted. It’s quite common for a doctor to prescribe vicodin until the pain subsides, and many times that will be three days and beyond. Just make sure you don’t exceed the prescribed dose, and call your doctor if it is worrying you with a list of your symptoms.

If in fact he says you’re addicted, he will probably give you some resources like detox rehab places near by, or similar. You may also want to call 211 and ask for a local rehab place for chemical dependence. Otherwise, check yourself into urgent care and ask for help there.
