How many alcohol and drug treatment facility beds are there across USA, and how many are available at no cost to the homeless?

I’d be curious to find this stuff out too. I would bet there are very few beds each year for free to the homeless.

Research the VA system. They have a systematic alcohol treatment facilities across the nation. They also have veteran shelters as well.
