Question by Hannah: How do i get rid of addiction without rehab?
(Please don’t judge me.) I am addicted to weed and snorting pills. On top of those i have alcohol addiction and cutting. My life is messed up and busy. I want to avoid rehab as much as possible. Mostly cause i don’t want anyone to find out and judge me. Any suggestions? Please? I want to stop, but… you know… addiction runs my life now. Please? Help?

Don’t be lazy about it just quit.
Find something else to do with you’re time.

If you wont go to rehab how about going to a therapist? Nobody would have to know it would be like 1 hour a week you could say you are going to the store and go see your therapist. I would for sure do something though because what you are going through sounds rough. Take care 🙂
