How Can I Console Somebody Recovering From Drug Addiction?

Question by Bela: How can I console somebody recovering from drug addiction?
I have a suitemate who is moving out because of her drug addiction. Her mom has been living here for the past week, and it has been quite an emotional experience. There have been many tears, and many prayers. I was not really close with her (my suitemate) until these past few weeks. I really want to write her a letter reassuring her that everything will be okay. Any suggestions?

Reassure her that she is a strong, Beautiful person who can set her mind to and overcome anything 🙂

No offense or anything but maybe its a good idea not to have contact She needs to hit ROCK BOTTOM and not have anyone enabling her I am not saying you did in anyway but she needs to realize that’s no way to live possibly being homeless would do this, or set up a intervention and tell her how you feel then. and then she needs to go to rehab , and her family and friends also need to go to rehab for family and friends of an Addict
