I did meth once a week for 4 months, probably like 15 times (probably totalling 1.5 gram smoked or snorted in 4 months), three and a half months ago. Did i do irraversable Damage? because I don’t feel my normal happy all the time. usually in the mornings I have anxiety and depression but it’s starting to lighten up. I was a pretty big pot head but I quit all drugs becuase I had drug induced anxiety and will never go back. Later in the day towards the afternoon I feel great tho, not super happy, but content with myself becuase I stopped using drugs.
I love the sober life but I’m asking this question because I read a lot of horrible stuff about meth. I told my parents I used it becuase I felt so dumb for doing it and they have helped out a lot. I do get depressed tho becuase I think maybe I did something to affect my future. If my mornings weren’t filled with a strong sad feeling and my adrenaline pumping (which seems likes it’s starting to go away) I wouldn’t think I did anything to myself.

you might never feel the same as you did before you used, but it sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders and i dont think you have messed up your future.
