Question by allegra f: Are there addiction treatment centers in Biddeford, Maine that are willing to take on dual diagnosis cases?
I know that dual diagnosis is harder to treat than just substance abuse disorder. This is why I want to make sure that my cousin gets to be treated at a treatment center wherein the people are adept at dealing with patients that are also dealing with psychological problems on top of their substance abuse disorder. I don’t know how to find one, though. Any suggestions?

You can ask a doctor or healthcare provider for recommendations regarding treatment centers. The links below may also be able to help you out. Just call and ask them if they are willing to handle cases such as your cousin’s. I really hope that your cousin gets treated soon. It’s always hard having to deal with dual diagnosis.
