Refilling Schedule 2 Drug?

Question by kc: Refilling schedule 2 drug?
I have had adderall for over 2 years and have never needed to have it refilled within 30 days of my last RX, but I want to make sure I won’t get in trouble before trying now. Because I don’t take it every day, my Do not fill until date is the 12th of this month (2 days ago), but I didn’t fill it until the 20th of last month, so it has not been the full 30 days. I lost my bottle over 2 weeks ago and have just gone without, but would I be able to fill them now? (I left them in a hotel I stayed at for an Drug Abuse Prevention Conference for work, coincidentally!)
