Xanaxes are rough to detox and you really need to be under medical supervision to start, you can go to an emergency room and they will call someone in to help and they will also try and help find someone to pay for it if you need help paying, I went through opiates and benzos myself and it is rough, but you can do it, good luck and best wishes
