I am about to go to timmberline knolls for self harm and I’m really nervous. Tell me your experiences with treatment.

ok so I went to a treatment center last october and finished the program in 6 months and i am 13, so i was scared out of my mind the day i went and i promise the first few days are going to be hard but you just have to be strong and hold your head high and it can be scary because when some kids tend to get harmful the staff there will put them in a hold or a restraint and it can be scary but you get threw it but to be honest i was so happy there, my mood changed, i was happy! it was a really good expiernce
and you learn new stuff and meet great people. So just keep your head high and dont worry because its for your own good. God bless you – Ryan
